Regular visits and collective worship at our 3 local Church in Wales primary schools, including:

  • ‘Open the Book’ drama-based assemblies ‘Lifepath’ day for Year 5 children.
  • The ‘Flourish Project’, promoting mental wellbeing and resilience
  • ‘The Lounge’, for Year 7s in Cowbridge Comprehensive School

For Children and Families

  • Family ‘Eco’ events
  • Holiday Club
  • Pet services
  • Interactive seasonal events (some featuring Matilda the donkey!)

For history-lovers:

  • Ancient churches and churchyards
  • Medieval wall paintings in St Cadoc’s, Llancarfan
  • 16 Century Mansel-Basset tomb in St Illtyd’s, Llantrithyd
  • Heritage area at St Nicolas’ Church, St Nicholas, currently under construction
  • (many of which are usually open during daylight hours)

For lovers of music:

  • Strong links with Peterson-Super-Ely choir, including regular choral services
  • Musical concerts, including visiting musicians and home-grown young talent
