The death of a loved one can be a difficult time, and our role is to offer help, comfort and support.
'Organising a funeral can be a daunting and emotional task. We are here to provide support and guidance, both before and after the funeral. Funerals within the Church in Wales usually include a short address where we remember the person who has died, readings from the Bible and other appropriate secular texts, prayers and hymns or other music. There are many ways that the service can be personalised, whether the funeral takes place in church or at a crematorium. All of our churches have a burial ground.
The link opposite offers some practical information on planning a funeral. If you would like to speak to someone about arranging a funeral, or simply to discuss different options, please contact any of our clergy.
